Melissa Brown
As director of Marketing and Operations, Melissa manages our brand, social media, and content marketing for our team and our listings. She creates campaign strategies to maximize exposure to our listings and to increase lead growth for our team. She executes and manages our listing on-boarding projects and the efficiency of the team’s operations to support our business goals to increase revenue and deliver a seamless client experience.
Prior to her career in real estate, Melissa spent over 10 years in the restaurant and food service industries in various roles including management and concierge service. With an extensive background in customer service, she utilizes her experience to provide our clients with the highest quality service before, during, and after the sale.

Jenna Voisine
As team member with the Leverage Department, Jenna’s role with Homes North of Boston is to manage all of the behind the scenes details, to provide superior service to all of our clients. She is the go to resource for our clients once they have an accepted offer on either their home sale or purchase. She works closely with our team members to ensure all transactions are completed in a smooth, timely and organized fashion, answering and troubleshooting any issues if they come up.
Jenna has been in the real estate business since 2018. Throughout her time in real estate, she has held several roles such as transaction coordinator, listing & marketing manager, and concierge manager. Jenna strives for the best customer service experience for not only the client, but the agent as well. She prides herself on her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and is never found without a smile. Jenna is a single mom of 2 boys and a dog-mom to a Black Lab puppy named Sonny.
